Are you going to your own event, but you don't know if you are sufficiently "challenged"? Then this fitness paddling on a sea kayak is just the thing for you.

Familiarization with kayak, paddle and sea kayak equipment (vest, paddle, etc). Kayak adjustment (rests and seating), rudder control. All including equipment rental. Getting into a sea kayak correctly. Straight driving, turning, basic maneuvers and tilts. But mainly a school of correct and efficient paddling.
