All about the trip

Start your day with a private pick-up from your hotel at 8:00. Your first stop will be the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure. It was built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser.

Proceed to Dahshur and get inside the Red Pyramid (the oldest true, i.e. smooth-sided, pyramid in history) and see the Bent Pyramid (the most preserved pyramid). Continue your trip to the city of Memphis which was founded by King Menes and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom. It was considered to be the center of power and culture for over 3 000 years. You can still see here the Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.
