All about the trip

We will leave Santander at 9:30 towards Santillana de Mar, one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. Once we are equipped with our analog cameras which the photographer will distribute to you in Santillana del Mar, we will begin our photographic tour.

This is the perfect activity for photography lovers. Indeed, walking through Santillana is the best way to get to know the place. Through the lens, we will see its streets, the collegiate church, craft workshops, the major mansions and heraldic shields. We will enjoy this magic place while getting some advice on how to take the best shots and photography in general.

After approximately 2 hours, we will go to the laboratory to reveal the negative. We will then learn to perform some tasks in complete darkness.

At midday you will enjoy some free time for lunch, there are a lot of nice restaurants in Santillana. After the meal, we will continue with the process of photo development. For lovers of traditional photography, this is probably the most beautiful part with the enlargement of the pictures in the red light.

The photographer will explain the basic techniques of processing and you can develop as many photos as you want. The activity in the afternoon is more mechanical, but it is a nice and relaxing experience. At the end of the day, everyone will take their enlarged and developed pictures home.
