Plitvice Lakes National Park has been protected since 1979 as an area of outstanding beauty with 16 emerald-turquoise lakes that are connected to each other by a fabulous system of waterfalls. Your tour escort will assist you to buy entrance fees to the park and give you all the important information about when and where to meet after your free time in the park. Use your free time inside of the park for a pleasant recreational walk. Explore the park on foot, discovering the secrets of the park and making your way from the lower lakes to the upper lakes.
